This product is or contains a Racing Cat Bypass Pipe, which will give you check engine lights on OBD2 cars. Racing Cat Bypass Pipes are solely intended for track and race cars as they are NOT California Air Resources Board Certified (CARB) and not EPA certified. You are hereby informed and warned to check your local, state, and federal laws before buying and installing these or any aftermarket parts to be sure whether usage is in violation. All installation-risk and use-risk is borne by the end-user and installer of these parts.

Customer agrees to take responsibility for lost packages that were not independently insured or sent without requiring signature. Customer accepts these risks and agrees to release 54Dynamics of all liability. 54Dynamics reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee on every order being shipped from our facility. This fee is universal and applies to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited. A 7.25% sales tax will be implemented for every purchase made by a California resident. This fee is required by law, is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Periodically mistakes are made when ordering, or a wrong part is shipped, and you may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you. Please contact 54Dynamics immediately via email at info@54Dynamics.com to discuss the circumstances before returning any products.

To RETURN any system, product or merchandise you must contact us first. Special order and custom made systems are NOT returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed upon. Return shipped items DAMAGED in transit will RESULT in additional charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship safely and properly.

No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No credits will be given after 30 days from the invoice date.
